I wondered if anyone had experience with flaxseeds and breastfeeding.
My sister read the label on her flax seeds which said she shouldn't breastfeed whilst taking them. I've had a bit of a look online and found mininal information. I wondered if anyone has come across this issue and could confirm if its a real danger or manufacturers being overcautious. She is also expecting another baby so any info in relation to pregnancy too would be much appreciated. Just to confirm she asked her GP who said she did not know anything about it and to just avoid them.
