Hi Faye,

I just checked my emails and I have an invitation for an interview at ulster. I am so happy, but I'm so disappointed for you as I know how much you want to study dietetics too

Thanks Faye, my background is in nutrition. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much as they are only offering 5 places.

Does anyone know how many people are being interviewed for the 5 places at Ulster?

IndulgentFoodie, I see that your background is in nutrition. Could you please tell me whether this is your first time applying for this course and tell me about your work experience in the area?

Thanks =]

Thank you Faye and CeeCee, apologies for the late reply, had a very busy bank holiday weekend!

Shelley - I think they are interviewing 25 people for the 5 places - so that is not exactly good odds. Do you also have an interview?

Karina - This is my first time applying to Ulster and I have a few days shaddowing experience which I found really difficult to get.

Hi Karina,

Sorry I wrote my last message in quite a hurry and think I may have confused you with it. I have actually been out of uni for 4 years and have decided now that I really want to study dietetics. I don't have much experience in the field as it is hard to come by, but i'm sure many other people are in a similar situation. I literally begged for the shaddowing experience that I have.

I too have been rejected by other uni's, and know how terrible it feels:( have you applied else where?

Hi,
Ulster don't hang about with their decision making. I got an offer this afternoon. I'm just wondering is it compulsory to do the dissetation at Ulster?

Well done A.P.

Hard luck IndulgentFoodie, was that your last chance of a place or have you elsewhere?? Sorry to hear.

They didn't take long choosing, wish others were so decisive!!
