In our religious practice we have to go through fasts which are 12 to 14 hours long and we don't have to eat and drink anything meanwhile.. I pass my day in fast but in the evening my body gets lifeless, my head feels heavy and I want to keep laying this can surely be because of Weakness, so I want to know is there any thing I should add in my diet that keep me fresh all day and till the evening, I once heard about fibre diet kind of thing but don't know anything about the foods, grains and the quantity to eat. Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks |
